We want to start by saying Thank you for booking or even considering traveling with Get Your Tours Egypt honor to add more names to the list of our satisfied clients. When conducting a form of official business dealings, there are always terms and conditions to govern all the aspects of this agreement. The moment you book one of our Tours , you will, in turn, accept & agree on these terms and conditions so make sure you read them carefully.
you can pay by the currancy that you want ( Egyptian
pounds, Euros, Dollars and sterling Pounds ) in the time of the trips and tours, for all the trips by air planes the will be deposit before the trip and the rest during the time of the trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Day trips – day trips or overnight stays by car
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the activity
Transfers:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the activity
REFUNDS:
you can get the complete refunds for cancellation the sea trips, desert safari, city tours when you cancel the trip before it by 6 hours . for all the culture trips when you cancel it before by 12 hours you will get the all money back , but if you cancel it by 8 hours you will get 50% from the money back .
TIPPING KITTY:
Tips: Is a common setting used to express satisfaction with good service provided by staff on duty. We recommend if you are ready to offer it this would be great – if not, you are under no obligation.
OPTIONAL TOURS
Optional tours such as entry to one of the pyramids or the Tutankhamun tomb are not included. Unless otherwise stated and added during the booking process, and if the customer has opted for one of these optional visits, the required tickets are required and paid for by the customer.
CHILD POLICY:
0-5 year old’s free of charge
6 – 11.99 50% of the total tour cost
+12 are considered adults
